FRENCH INDOCHINA. 1904, much travelled and re-labelled cover, franked by 1900 5c. yellow green tied by ‘Hanoi’ despatch c.d.s.’s (May 4) to Hantinh. Returned and thence via Hanoi, Rochefort (23rd Colonial Regt.), Paris (June 15), three further Regiments and thence to Toulon (July 2) and thereafter returned to the Minister of War’s Department in August.
