On the reverse a Tientsin PO printed label stating that the mail was torn due to military occupation of Tientsin Head PO. (The Sino-Japanese War broke out on July 7 1937 in Peking and Tientsin was occupied by Japanese in early August) An unrecorded usage and a historical piece of great importance !! (Photo).
